Start at LP 60 in dead end section of roundabout at the junction of Upton Road (A35) and Creekmoor Lane, Poole.
West along Upton Road to roundabout, where take 2nd exit, under fly over, and continue to join Upton by-pass (dual carriageway) westbound, to Bakers Arms roundabout. (3.51 miles)
Take first exit on A351 to Holton Heath roundabout, circle (GREAT CARE), and retrace to Bakers Arms (5.48 miles)
Take first exit on A35 to Bere Regis roundabout, 2nd exit (GREAT CARE) to Bere Regis Townsend roundabout (12.69 miles)
Take first exit, still on A35, to Troy Town junction, left to small roundabout (19.70 miles). Take third exit, under flyover, to rejoin A 35 eastbound to Bere Regis Townsend (27.04 miles)
Take first exit, on A31, to Roundhouse Roundabout (34.19 miles), circle (GREAT CARE), and retrace to Bere Regis Townsend (41.46 miles)
Take first exit, and retrace outbound route to Bakers Arms roundabout (48.64 miles)
Take first exit on B3067 Dorchester Road to finish opposite the bus stop in the lay by opposite Beacon Park Road.
