Fielding on Top at Okeford!

Harrison Fielding took advantage of the absence of serial winner Simon McLaughlin to register his first win in the Inter-club hill climb competition. (McLaughlin chose to ride the Bec & Catford open hill climbs instead.) Fielding was a clear winner on a stunning autumn morning, early mist and frost cleared to leave panoramic views of north Dorset. The climb of Okeford Hill is perhaps the toughest of the four rounds, the smallest field so far , perhaps reflecting the severity of the slopes. CC Weymouth lead the team competition with the final round to come on Whiteways Hill in the Purbecks next Sunday.
