The programme for Tuesday 26th features events at each end of the race spectrum. The Invitation Event is a continuation from last week’s Match Sprint Challenge with the winner Will Stevens, Bournemouth Arrow taking on a new challenger.
The event at the other end of the spectrum is a 20Km Scratch and the organisers are delighted to name the event after Harold Cribb, Poole Wheelers. Promoter Alan McRae says “Harold was the driving force behind the Poole Track League which ran for over 30 years. The old 20 mile event each year at Poole Park was one of Harold’s favourite events and it is fitting that we name our longest race of the League season after Harold.”
