The Courses.
Time Trial
Riders will start their Time Trial in Holme Lane Wareham riding to the junction with the B3370. Turning left onto the B3370 to the finish line adjacent to the Army Tank Range. This course is fairly flat with the odd rise and fall. Not Hilly.
Road Race
Riders will leave the event HQ where the race will be neutralised until they have reached Holme Lane. From there riders will reach the junction with the B3370 then go straight across to Binden Lane heading towards Wool. The riders are now on the Lulworth circuit that is 10 miles long. Riders will circulate this course five times before reaching the finish line adjacent to the Army Tank Range. This course can be described as fairly fast and flat but does have a long draggy uphill section of about two miles. It should not be described as a climb but more of a long hill with a small gradient. For you strong Roadies this gradient should easily be negotiated on the big ring.
