The Bournemouth Arrow Cycling Club and Raymond Brown are proud to announce the 2012 Track Cycling League.
Held at the Bournemouth Cycling Centre every Tuesday from April 17th 6.30pm, the events include Sprint, Scratch, Elimination, Points Races and the racing is open to British Cycling licence holders Elite/1/2/3/4 and Youth; each to be split into A and B Groups to ensure competition at all levels.
All riders must hold Bournemouth CC Accreditation and must pre-register and be allocated a race number which they will keep for the series. Race entry fee on the day – £10 Seniors/Juniors – £3 Youth.

17th and 24th April – Coach led race preparation/Fast Track Accreditation if necessary.
1st May to 31st July – Track League Competition

Every Wednesday – Intermediate Training
Time – 18:30 to 20:30
Dates - Starting 18th April to 29th August.
Intermediate Track Sessions open to all experienced riders, in addition to those who have started the “Standard Accreditation” process and have reached minimum Stage 2. These intermediate sessions will enable you to complete the accreditation process in addition to riding drills with other competent track riders.
Each session will be pitched at a level just below full competition, and provide an opportunity for skills and fitness progressive development for all riders who have already achieved basic track competence.
Every Thursday – Standard Accreditation
Time – 18:30 to 20:30
Dates - Starting 3rd May to 28th June.
These sessions are aimed at beginners and novices and will teach you the basic skills and techniques to enable you to ride confidently on the track.
Accreditation is essential if you wish to ride other Intermediate and Competition training sessions listed above.
