"Active at 60" Track Cycling Sessions


Retired or nearly retired? Do you want to ride your bike more often? There is a series of traffic-free cycle coaching sessions this autumn at the Bournemouth Cycling Centre, funded by a special "Active at 60" grant award. These are for riders of all abilities with the aim of building confidence and gently developing better fitness. Sessions are free and for both men and women of retirement age. The session leader will be Richard Eastham, a qualified and accredited British Cycling coach. The Bournemouth Cycling Centre is the new cycle track at Slades Farm, Bournemouth, post code BH10 4EP.


Bikes: bring your own bike or you can use one of our special track bikes.
Helmets: bring your own if you have one or these can be provided.
Bottles: bring along a drink!

All sessions are in the mornings from 10h00 until 12h00 • Monday 7th November• Monday 14th November• Wednesday 16th November• Monday 21st November• Wednesday 23rd November• Monday 28th November• Wednesday 30th November• Monday 5th December• Monday 12th December
